Welcome to Bennett Barn!
A little about us – We are Mike & Theresa Bennett. We have six children and many grandkids.
In the beginning, our goal was simply to just save the barn and have a dance floor in the loft. When we moved to this land years ago, the barn was not in great shape and we feared having to tear it down.
We decided to try to save the original structure and in 2012 we got the barn cleaned up enough to have a wedding reception and dance for a family member. At that wedding that we had a few couples ask us if they could also have their wedding here. It was at that point that we decided to have the barn become an event venue.
Located just a few miles outside of Brookings, South Dakota, we have offer a wide-open land located in the country.
